This weekend both the Eagles and Hawks had mini tournaments before the start of the new season.

The mighty Eagles continue the rich vein of form by playing 8 games over the weekend, winning seven, and drawing one. With their first league game on the 17th September they look in good shape for the upcoming season.

Whilst the newly formed Hawks played 4 matches, 3 of them against higher division teams and managed to win one, draw one and lose two. What made their performances even better was that this was the first time that all of the boys have played together and they even managed to beat a team in the second division 3-1.
